1.) Who are you and where at do you live?

2.) What did you do before you decided to become an artist?
Looking back, I have been an artist all my life. I think it’s not about a date of the first artwork being made, but it’s about a way of life…a philosophy…an inner knowing and feeling. Besides that I had my own fruit and vegetable shop ( colours and smells ! ) and I drove a garbage truck. 🙂
3.) When and why did you decide you devote to the art?
2001 ±, I came home from work one day and I knew I was never going back. Everything changed overnight. I ´reincarnated´.
4.) What are your favorite subject(s) and media(s)?
I use everything…art is in all matter. Favourite materials change all the time: paint, clay, pc, wood, glass, photographs, lyrics, songs etc…My main theme is the meaning and origin of all that exists and the need to investigate and wake up for everyone.
5.) How do you work and approach your subject?
Colours are my inspiration. Forms and shapes are just tools to contain the colours.
6.) What do you like about your work?
The colours, the diversity of materials and the meaning of every work, that only shows when a work is finished. Not before i start.
7.) Which artist or art movement that has influenced you and what way?
When I started to notice paintings and colours: Clemens Briels, Corneille and Ton Schulten.
8.) What are the best responses you have had to your work?
People feeling good and getting inspired to create something similar.
9.) What are your favorite art work(s) and artist(s)?
Nowadays, I really like the works of Dennis Epke, Nuno Evaristo, Gail Prussky and Jacqueline Schäfer, just to name a few.
10.) What advice would you give to other artists?
Don’t listen to anyone. Do what your heart tells you to do and don’t give a damn about other people’s opinion.
11.) Is there a question you ask you keep telling yourself?
When do all people finally realize that we are fucked, manipulated and brainwashed 24/7 ? When do we wake up and start changing the world ?
We are one and we have to care and share !
